Through in-depth interviews, thoughtfully crafted surveys, and dynamic focus groups, Renata reveals the “why” behind the data, enabling organizations to move beyond numbers and make informed, human-centered decisions.

Renata’s professional journey began in Silicon Valley, where she worked not only with dynamic tech startups but also with some of the most well-established technology companies in the industry. Her career trajectory has since spanned multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, apparel, and lifestyle industries. Most recently, as Vice President of Intelligence and Impact for a global medical apparel company, she translated insights into actionable strategies that helped align the company’s offerings with evolving consumer expectations.
